Tips to ensure emails you have requested are delivered to your inbox

To ensure that all emails from UFile arrive properly in your Inbox, we recommend that you add help@ufile.ca (our email address) to your address book.

Some email and internet service providers have placed restrictions on what email actually finds its way to your Inbox. Most of the time this feature reduces the amount of junk email that you see but sometimes valid correspondence is also filtered out as junk mail.  Therefore, adding help@ufile.ca to your address book will let your email and internet service provider know that you do want to allow emails from UFile!
