UFile offers email support and also telephone support to UFile (For Windows) Plus users.

UFile ONLINE users are not expected to pay for their product until they are completely satisfied.

UFile WINDOWS users, if, after communicating with our support team, you are not fully satisfied with your product, we welcome you to send your comments to feedback@ufile.ca.

To obtain a full refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee, please send your name and full address (including postal code) along with a brief note with your concerns as well as your original cash register or email receipt by mail to:

Your request must be post-marked no later than 60 days after the purchase date. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.

UFile's Accuracy Guarantee: UFile will reimburse the interest and penalty levied against the software purchaser or any member of his or her immediate family who are required to pay such penalty or interest as is due to a miscalculation of the tax return produced using UFile. Please refer to our End User Licence Agreement for details.

This accuracy guarantee does not apply to tax returns prepared on behalf of others (including but not limited to returns prepared using UFile PRO), returns filed after the tax filing deadline or returns prepared using software obtained free of charge.

Please note: The user is responsible for using the software correctly, and is liable for any omissions or errors in the information provided. Only the CRA and RQ have authority to determine whether a tax return should be accepted for filing via NETFILE. If your tax return cannot be filed using NETFILE, it should be printed (using UFile) and filed by mail.
