The QST refund claimed on union or professional dues is not deducted on line 5 of Quebec workchart 373 and therefore is included on line 373 on the TP-1. Is that correct?
The amount of annual dues related to employment should not include the QST paid in respect of such dues if the taxpayer is entitled to claim a refund of the tax. As a workaround, use the keyword Override, select Quebec line 373 and enter the correct amount.
