How do I file Quebec form LE-630 (Information Return for the Enterprise Register) for a corporation with a fiscal period ending in 2009?
For tax years ending in 2009 or later, DT Max no longer generates the LE-630 (as per Revenu Québec's requirement). The CO-17 line 39 asks:
" Is the information about the corporation in the enterprise register accurate? "
1) If the answer to line 39 is yes, no further action is required.
2) If the answer to line 39 is no, the corporation's information needs to be updated via the online enterprise register. This can be done at
www.registreentreprises.gouv.qc.ca.
